报告人简介:Andrew G. Ewing is a Professor at the University of Gothenburg, member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, and serves on the Nobel Committee for Chemistry. He pioneered single-cell chemical measurements and revealed the "partial release" mechanism in neurotransmission. He has received numerous international awards and three ERC Advanced Grants.

报告简介:Nanoelectrochemical methods are developed to analyze the chemical dynamics of cellular organelles. Key advances include measuring molecular exchange between organelles and elucidating the mechanism of reactive oxygen species generation at stress granules. It has been shown that exocytosis is predominantly "partial release" and that stress granules interact directly with vesicles, offering new insights into neural communication.
